On 17 June 2026, Kyiv hosted the Community Recovery and Reconstruction Forum, organised by the Narodna Rada of Ukraine. Over 200 participants — heads of communities from 20 regions, international partners and donors — came together for a direct dialogue on recovery needs.
The Narodna Rada unites 4,600 organisations and covers 1,339 communities across the country. The organisation works on a bottom-up principle: gathering real community needs, turning them into investment-ready projects and ensuring full digital monitoring through the CLS Ukraine platform.
