At the Community Recovery and Reconstruction Forum organised by Narodna Rada of Ukraine on 17 June 2026 in Kyiv,, the chairman of the Dubnо TC (Rivne region), Vasyl Mykhailovych Antonyuk, who has been the mayor of Dubno for the fourth term, starting in 2010, made a report.
During his speech, the head of the Dubno community spoke about the challenges the community faced as a result of the war, and presented projects for the development of social, educational, and municipal infrastructure.
