Tsarychanska territorial community (Dnipropetrovsk oblast) hosts internally displaced persons and provides services not only to its own residents but also to those of neighbouring communities.

At the Community Recovery and Reconstruction Forum organised by Narodna Rada of Ukraine on 17 June 2026 in Kyiv, the community presented three priority projects:

  1. Completion of a social shelter in Mykhailivka and restoration of a building damaged by a missile strike.
  2. Transportation accessibility for children with disabilities and people with limited mobility.
  3. Modern equipment for the municipal utility enterprise.

A social bus operates in the community with the support of the Proliska Humanitarian Mission.
As part of cooperation between the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration and the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief Technisches Hilfswerk (THW), Tsarychanska community received two vehicles for the needs of the municipal enterprise KP “Tsarychanske VOZhH” CSR — an Opel Vivaro and a Citroën Jumper H1L4.

The community contributes its own funds, ensures transparent reporting, and is ready for equal partnership with international organisations.
